Natadola Beach

I suggest bringing your own snorkel gear. Rentals can be pricey and the coral is stunning! I found my own equipment made the visit more enjoyable and affordable.

I recommend checking out the food stalls along the beach for lunch. They serve freshly made local dishes at a fraction of the price of the resort restaurants nearby. Yum!

My advice is to hit the beach by 8 AM if you want to snag a good spot... By noon, it gets super crowded and loud... Plus, the sunrise views are totally worth it!
Malamala Beach Club

My advice is to try the fish tacos at the bar - they're really fresh and not too pricey! Just be aware they can take some time, so order early.

I recommend packing some snacks or fruits. The prices at the bar can get high, and a little food on hand helps keep your energy up for all the swimming.
For a great experience, bring your own snorkeling gear if you have it. You’ll save money on rentals and can hit the water whenever you want!
Namotu Island

Bring your own snacks and drinks. The local shops can be a bit pricey, and I learned the hard way when I paid way too much for a bottle of water

Surf early in the morning around 6 AM for the best waves and fewer crowds. I missed a couple of great swells by sleeping in!
Tavarua

My advice is to explore beyond the main surf spots. The hidden beaches around Tavarua are stunning and usually less crowded. I found a beautiful spot for sunset all to myself.
