I recommend arriving around 3 PM when the sun is not too harsh, and the views from the terrace are absolutely stunning. Perfect for some Instagram shots!

I recommend visiting Tzuba Winery on a weekday if you can. It was way less crowded, and we got more personal attention during the wine tasting. Weekend visits can be packed!

If you can, get there right before 2 PM. That way, you can enjoy a leisurely tasting and even catch their beautiful vineyard views in the afternoon light
