If you're planning to visit, I recommend going early in the morning, around 7 AM. The light is perfect for photos and you'll dodge the larger crowds that start arriving later.

Bring a good pair of walking shoes! The temple grounds are vast, and the uneven surfaces can be tricky. I wish I had known this before I ventured too far.

i recommend to visit thatbyinnyu phaya early in the morning, around 7 am. the sunrise views are totally worth it, and you get to avoid the crowds and the heat!

I think bringing some water and snacks is a great idea... There aren't many kiosks around, and you'll want to stay hydrated and energized while exploring
