Open Sky Paragliding

Make sure to ask about the photo and video package upfront. I didn’t realize it until after my flight and regret not capturing those amazing moments!

I suggest booking your flight in the morning around 8 AM; the winds are usually calmer and you'll get better views. Plus, you’ll avoid the big crowds later in the day!
Team 5 Nepal Paragliding

If you're feeling nervous, try to relax and chat with your pilot. They were super friendly and got me feeling comfortable right before takeoff, which made the whole experience way better!

I recommend bringing your own snacks and water. The waiting area can get a bit long, and it's nice to have some goodies while you wait for your turn!

I suggest checking the weather forecast before you book your flight, because a clear day makes a HUGE diffirence for views. My paragliding day got delayed due to clouds, and it was a bit annoying.
Flying Buddha Paragliding

I think bringing a small camera is a must! You’re gonna want to capture those breathtaking views, but be careful with loose items – the wind can be strong!

Definitely wear layered clothing. It can get chilly up there but also warm down at the takeoff point. I regretted not having an extra sweater.

I'd suggest booking your flight in the morning around 8-9 AM. The weather is usually calmer and you'll get better views before the clouds roll in later in the day
Sunrise Paragliding

Be sure to negotiate the price upfront. I found out some paragliding companies can be a bit flexible with costs if you ask!
Blue Sky Paragliding

My advice is to negotiate a bit on the price if you're planning to do photos and videos. They can be pricey, but you can often get a better deal if you ask directly. I wish I had done that!

I suggest booking your flight in advance to avoid the last-minute rush. Also, go for the early morning slots around 8 AM; the views are stunning and the winds are calmer, which makes for a better experience.
