The Grigore Antipa National Museum of Natural History

Check out the museum’s online ticketing option. I saved some cash by buying tickets ahead of time instead of waiting in line.

I recommend you try to visit on a weekday, around 10 AM. It’s way less crowded and you can enjoy the exhibits without bumping into tons of people.

Don't miss the interactive displays, especially in the kid's section! It was really fun and engaging, even for adults. I wish I had spent more time there.
Bring a snack if you think you might get hungry. The café is alright, but a bit pricey for what you get. I’d suggest packing something light.
Nyametsky Fortress
National Museum of Art of Romania
The Village Museum

Check out the traditional crafts demos if you can. They’re super fun and give you a unique insight into the culture. I regret not taking more pics!

I suggest taking your time in the wooden churches; they’re works of art! I rushed through on my visit, and I wish I had spent more time admiring the details.

Bring some water and snacks! There are a couple of kiosks, but they can be a bit pricy, so packing your own can save you some cash.
National Museum Complex ASTRA

Don’t skip the outdoor section! The open-air museum is massive and has some really cool exhibits. I thought I’d rush through it but ended up spending hours there.

If you’re into photography, bring your camera! The scenic views are stunning, especially during golden hour. I captured some amazing shots just before sunset!

Bring a packed lunch! There are some picnic areas where you can enjoy a break without spending extra cash on food inside. I saved a decent amount by doing this.
National History Museum of Romania
Museum of Senses

Be sure to bring a bottle of water! I thought I'd take breaks but got so caught up in the exhibits, I ended up super thirsty. There's nowhere to grab a drink inside!

I recommend visiting on a weekday if you can. I went on a Saturday and it was a bit crowded. The experience is way better without so many people around
