La Nave Parkour Academy

Take advantage of their 'early bird' discounts. If you can, go for the 10 AM session during weekdays; it's quieter and has better rates. Plus, you'll have the place mostly to yourself!

Bring a reusable water bottle! They have a water station inside, and you’ll need to stay hydrated, especially if you're sweating it out while practicing. I was really glad I did that!

Definitely book your session online in advance! It saves you time in the queue and can sometimes snag you a discount. I almost missed out waiting around because it was busier than I thought

Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and good shoes. I rushed in with my flip-flops, and it was a real struggle trying to keep up during the sessions. Trust me, you'll want proper footwear!

I think it's worth bringing your own water and snacks. The on-site stuff was pricey, and I ended up spending more than I planned.

My advice is to book your tickets online in advance to save some cash. I saved a few euros doing that instead of buying at the entrance.

I suggest you get there by 10 AM. It was way less crowded then, and I had more space to practice without bumping into other people.
