I'd recommend looking for combo deals on wakeboarding rentals. I found a package that saved me a good chunk of change, way more fun for less bucks!

My advice is to wear water shoes. I saw some folks struggling with slippery surfaces, and trust me, they help you keep your grip while boarding.

Also, bring a towel and some snacks. The food there is a bit overpriced and I wish I had packed a quick bite instead of buying their stuff

I suggest wearing comfortable clothes that dry fast. I didn't think about it, and ended up regretting wearing heavy cotton when I got wet. You'll thank me later.
My advice is to bring snacks and water with you. There are some vending machines, but they can be a bit overpriced. I was starving after my session!
Phuket Wake Park
I recommend checking the weather before you go. I ended up getting caught in a rain shower right when I was about to hit the water! Yeah, not fun at all.

I suggest arriving a bit earlier to sign the waivers and get your gear. I made the mistake of thinking I could just show up and jump right in but it took longer than I expected

My advice is to rent the gear rather than buying a package at first. The rental prices are pretty decent, and you can always upgrade later if you're totally hooked.

I suggest checking the weather before your trip. We got caught in the rain, which made things tricky, but when the sun's out, it's a blast!
