Leicester Petanque Club

Don't forget to wear comfortable shoes! I wasn’t prepared for all the walking and standing on the gravel, and it made my visit less enjoyable. Bring sandals that grip well.

when i went in the late afternoon around 5 pm, it was much quieter and i could really enjoy the games. i recommend going then to avoid the crowds.

If you're on a budget, I suggest bringing your own drinks and snacks. The onsite cafe prices can add up quickly! I thought I’d just grab something there and regretted it.
Muscliff Park Petanque Club

I think it's a good idea to wear comfy shoes. The terrain can be a bit uneven in places, and you don’t want to trip while trying to show off your skills!
Brighton and Hove Petanque Club

My advice is to chat with the locals! They’re super welcoming and can give you tips on improving your game or even invite you to join a match. It makes the experience way more fun!
London Petanque Club

My advice is to bring your own boules to save some cash. Renting them there can add up, and I'm glad I packed mine. Plus, it's fun to show off your own style!

I recommend getting there around 3 PM when it's less crowded so you can snag a good spot and not feel rushed. The vibe is way more chill then!
Brandesburton Petanque Club

I suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks, as the clubhouse can be a bit pricey. It's a chill spot, so munching on your own stuff makes it even better!
Huddersfield Petanque Club

I recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks. The cafe can be a bit pricey, and there are really nice spots to picnic right near the courts.
