SPAs in the USA:
Majestic Massage & Day Spa
El Cortez
If you want some quiet time, try visiting the casino floor later in the evening, like after 10 PM. It’s way more relaxed and easier to find a good spot to play.
The food at the deli is surprisingly good! Grab a bite during off-peak hours to avoid long lines, especially around lunchtime.
Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino
I recommend checking out the spa services before hitting the tables. The massages are really relaxing and can help if you're feeling stressed about gambling. Plus, they often have deals during weekdays.
Jin Spa
SoJo Spa Club
Paradise Point
I suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks. The on-site options can be kinda pricey and it's nice to relax by the water with your own stuff without breaking the bank.
King Spa & Sauna
Don't skip the food! The Korean restaurant inside has awesome bites. I tried the bibimbap, and it was delicious and pretty reasonably priced for the quality!
I suggest arriving on a weekday and getting there around 9 AM when it opens. It's way less crowded, and you can truly relax in the saunas and soak tubs without feeling rushed.
I think it's worth trying the different sauna rooms, but I wish I spent more time in the jade room—it felt amazing and was less busy than some of the others!
Island Spa & Sauna
I think visiting on a Tuesday or Wednesday can save you some money since they often have special promotions then. Trust me, Sundays can be crowded and pricier!
My advice is to bring your own towel and flip-flops. The rental fees add up quickly, and it's just way more comfortable with your own stuff.
AIRE Ancient Baths New York
I suggest booking your treatments in advance. It was super busy when I went, and some people had to wait longer than expected. Plus, you can snag better package deals before you show up.
