Metropolitan Museum of Art
If you're into photography, try to snap pics in the late afternoon when the light is just right. It really adds something special to your memories – I wish I had taken more during that time!
Louvre
If you can, visit on a Wednesday or Friday evening. It’s open late, and the crowds are way lighter after 6 PM.
I suggest getting your tickets online beforehand to skip those monstrous lines. I waited over an hour and it killed my vibe!
Museum d'Orsay
Check out the free entry days, like the first Sunday of each month. It’s super crowded, but if you're on a budget, it's worth it
Take your time with the Impressionist section. I rushed through it and later regretted not soaking in the beauty of the details. Spend extra time here if you can!
Tokyo Palace
I highly recommend grabbing your tickets online to skip the long lines. It saves you so much time, trust me!
If you're planning to visit on a weekend, try to arrive by 10 AM. It gets super crowded later!
I suggest visiting during the spring. The cherry blossoms around the area add a special touch to your photos!
Paris City Museum of Contemporary Art
Don't skip the gift shop! I found some cool, unique art books and little souvenirs that were way cheaper than most tourist shops around. Save a few bucks and get something special!
I think using public transport is a must. The nearest metro station can be a bit of a hike, but parking is a pain and super expensive.
Mirror Gallery
I suggest grabbing lunch at a nearby café instead of the palace eateries. They can be overpriced and crowded, but there's some great, affordable local food just a short walk away.
definitely get there around 9 am when it opens. the crowds get crazy later, and you want to enjoy the space without feeling rushed. i wish i had timed it better!
