i recommend packing your own snacks and lunch while on the trail. food options are few and far between, and prices at local tavernas can be a bit steep if you're really hungry. i did this on my second day and saved a ton!

Make sure to download a good offline map before you go. Service can be spotty along the trail, and I got lost a couple of times without a proper map. A little prep goes a long way!
