I suggest getting there right when it opens at 9 AM. You'll beat the crowds and get some great photos without a lot of people in the background!

I think the ticket price is really reasonable for what you get. However, if you're on a budget, try to eat lunch at a local convenience store instead of restaurants nearby to save some cash
