Bring a packed lunch! The food prices can be a bit steep inside, and you’ll find lovely picnic spots to munch on your own snacks.
If you can, try to get there by around 10 AM. It’s less crowded, and you can go through the exhibits without feeling rushed.

Try visiting on a weekday, especially around 2 PM. I found the museum was way less crowded then, and I could enjoy the exhibits without rushing.
Pack a light lunch or snacks. The cafe is decent, but a bit pricey for what you get. I think you can enjoy a picnic outside in the lovely gardens instead.
Don't miss the outdoor sculpture garden; it was one of the highlights of my visit! I almost skipped it, but taking a stroll there was a great way to unwind.
If you're an art lover, consider joining one of the specialized guided tours. They offer great insights! I did one and learned so much; way better than just wandering around aimlessly.
