I suggest going early in the morning, like around 9 AM, to avoid the crowds. Trust me, it makes the cheese tasting way more enjoyable without everyone bumping into each other.

Definetly try to visit on a weekday because the weekend crowds can get pretty hectic. I went on a Saturday and it felt like a rush! Weekdays are way more chill and you can soak in the cheese-making experience better.
