If you're planning on renting gear, I think it's worth comparing prices at local shops instead of just relying on the camp’s rentals. Sometimes you can find better deals and nicer gear!

My advice is to bring your own snacks and water. Food at the camp can get pricey, and you'll want to keep your energy up without breaking the bank.

I think it’s worth renting the gear for a full day instead of just a few hours, especially if you’re a beginner; you’ll have more chances to practice without feeling rushed.

My advice is to go early like around 9 AM. The water is way calmer then and you’ll avoid the crowds. I went later and the waves were a bit wild making it harder for a first-timer like me
