Koh Lipe

Book your longtail boat ride at the pier directly instead of going through tour agencies... You save a lot of money and still get to explore the stunning nearby islands

For some authentic food without breaking the bank, check out the local street vendors by Walking Street in the evening. I had the best pad Thai ever and it was super affordable!

Don't forget to bring some cash, as not all places accept cards. I found this out the hard way when I couldn't buy some awesome souvenirs.
Khao Sok National Park

I think you should visit the park mid-week if you can. Less crowds means a better chance to spot wildlife. I was blown away by how much quieter it felt on a Wednesday.

my advice is to hire a local guide for the treks. they know the best spots and can save you time wandering around. i found some hidden gems i wouldn't have otherwise!

I suggest packing some snacks and water because the food options inside the park can be a bit pricey and limited. I regret not bringing enough with me!

I recommend wearing good hiking shoes. I went with flip-flops and had a rough time on the trails – not fun! Proper shoes make a huge difference
Angthong

Check out the viewpoint early around 7 AM before the crowds hit! The sunrise view is spectacular, and it makes for great photos without anyone else around.

I suggest packing your own snacks and water. The food on the islands can be pricey and limited so it's nice to have something ready for when you're hungry
Saphan Hin

I recommend bringing your own water flask to save some cash. There are vendors selling drinks, but they can be a bit pricey for basic stuff. Hydration is key, especially in the heat.

My advice is to visit either really early, like around 7 AM, or later in the evening when the sun sets. The park looks stunning at sunset, and it's way less crowded too!

If you're planning to grab a bite I suggest checking out the local food stalls near the park... They're cheap and totally delish! Trust me I found a hidden gem that I wish I had discovered earlier

If you have a chance, try renting a bike to explore the area. It was so much fun when I did it, and you can cover more ground without getting too tired. Just keep an eye on the road!
