Bring water and some snacks. They don't really sell much within the site, and prices can be a bit steep. I got super thirsty and wished I had stocked up before entering!

Check for discount tickets online before you go; I saved a few bucks. I purchased mine from an app, and it made the entrance smooth and easy for me.

First off, get there early! I mean like 8 AM if you can. It was much less crowded then, and I really enjoyed the peace of walking through the ancient ruins without tons of people.
The Ancient City of Laodicea
Hierapolis Ancient Theater

I recommend bringing some snacks and water. There weren't many places to grab a bite around, and you'll want energy to explore more.

I think it’s wise to check the weather before you go. It was super hot when I visited, and I wished I had a hat or sunscreen!

My advice is to wear comfortable shoes—it’s a bit of a trek to get there, and the stones can be slippery!

I suggest you get there early, around 8 AM, so you can enjoy the sunrise and avoid the big crowds. The view from the theater is stunning
The Basilica of Saint John
Temple of Artemis of Ephesus
Agora Open Air Museum
Mausoleum in Halicarnassus

I think you should check out the nearby Castle of St... Peter too... It’s not far and gives a cool contrast to the mausoleum... Plus, combo tickets can save you a few bucks!

I suggest getting there right when it opens at 8 AM. The light and fewer crowds make for great photos and a calm experience. Trust me, it's worth it.
