Emerald Lake Trail
Take your time and enjoy the scenery! I rushed my hike and missed some beautiful spots. Just relax, snap some pics, and soak it all in. It’s not a race!
I highly recommend hitting the trail early, like around 7 AM. You'll beat the crowds and get those gorgeous morning views without too much noise. Plus, it's a lot cooler then!
Bring some snacks and plenty of water. I ran out of water on the way back which made it a bit rough for me. You'll appreciate the energy boost from a quick snack trust me.
Chautauqua Trail
Also if you can aim to start your hike around 8 AM. You'll beat the crowds and enjoy the sunrise – it's totally worth it.
If you're looking to save some cash, consider packing a picnic instead of dining at nearby restaurants. There are some stunning spots along the trail where you can enjoy your meal!
Mount Ida Trail
I suggest hitting the trail early, around 7 AM; you’ll beat the crowd and catch some stunning sunrise views that make the early wake-up worth it.
Sky Pond via Glacier Gorge
Saint Mary's Glacier

I think bringing a refillable water bottle is a game-changer! There are refill stations at the start of the trail, so you'll save money and stay hydrated without buying expensive bottled water.
I recommend starting your hike early, like around 7 AM, to avoid the crowds and catch some stunning morning views. Trust me, it makes a huge difference!
