My advice is to bring your own snacks and drinks. I ended up spending more than I wanted at the local store, and having some food on hand really makes the adventure smoother.

I recommend checking the weather before you go. I went when it was a bit rainy and the trails got muddy, which slowed us down a lot. A sunny day would’ve made for a way better ride!
