The Fallsview Tourist Area

I suggest checking the weather before you go, especially if you're planning on being outside. I didn't realize it would rain, and I ended up soggy all day!

One thing I wish I knew earlier is to wear comfortable shoes! You'll be walking a lot around the decks and trails, and my feet were killing me by the end of the day.
Chelsea Market
Explore the side shops too! Some of the coolest finds weren’t just in the food stalls, but in the neighboring boutiques. I discovered some unique souvenirs that way!

Check out the seating areas before you grab your food; some spots are much cozier than others... I found a hidden area at the back that was way less crowded!

Try to go on a weekday, preferably around 1 PM. Weekends get crazy crowded, and I struggled to even find a place to stand!

Bring cash! Some stalls only accept cash, and it can save you time waiting for the card machine. I learned this the hard way while standing in line!
Le Bernardin

I recommend checking out the dress code before you go. I wore nice jeans and a blazer, but I noticed some folks really went all out—better safe than sorry!

Trust me, try the Chef’s tasting menu. It’s pricey, but the experience is unforgettable and worth every penny. You really get to taste a variety of dishes!

I suggest making a reservation well in advance, especially if you want to snag a spot for dinner. I booked mine a month ahead and still barely got a good time.

If you’re on a budget, consider going for the lunch menu instead of dinner. It’s a great way to experience the food without breaking the bank.
Cosme

I think it's worth looking for deals on lunch specials – we hit the jackpot and enjoyed a fantastic meal at half the dinner price! Keep an eye on their website for that.

I suggest you make a reservation ahead of time, especially on weekends - it got super crowded! I thought I could just walk in, but we waited over an hour!
Blue Hill at Stone Barns

Definitely make a reservation well in advance, like a month or so. I thought I could just walk in, but it was fully booked. You don’t want to miss out!

I suggest opting for the tasting menu. It’s a bit pricier, but the variety and flavors are worth it. Plus, they often use ingredients right from their own farm.

If you’re planning to stroll around the grounds, try to go in the late afternoon, around 4 PM. The golden hour light makes for great photos and the place is less crowded
