Plan on hitting the dunes early in the morning, like around 9 AM. It gets crowded, and the cooler morning temps make riding way more enjoyable than baking under the sun later.

I think it's worth trying out their guided tours if you're not super familiar with the area. The guides are awesome and they'll show you some stunning spots you might miss on your own.

If you're planning to ride for the day, grab snacks and drinks at the local stores beforehand. It's way cheaper than stopping at tourist traps along the ride!
