Don't miss the cheese and charcuterie shops in the old town. I found some great local specialties that weren't too pricey! It'll make your picnic spot even better!

I suggest grabbing lunch at one of the local bakeries instead of the sit-down restaurants. They have tasty baguettes and pastries that are way cheaper and perfect for a picnic by the lake!

My advice is to wear comfy shoes - you'll want to walk around and explore all the little paths and beautiful nooks without being bogged down by sore feet.

If you're into art, keep an eye out for the small sculptures scattered throughout the park. They’re easy to miss but really add to the charm!

I suggest taking a moment to sit on one of the benches by the water and soak in the beauty. Don't rush through; I didn't, and it made my experience so much richer. Plus, you'll get some great photos!
