Letna Gardens

Grab a coffee and a pastry at one of the nearby cafes before heading to the gardens. It’s a great way to fuel up and enjoy the stunning views from above while you munch.

If you've got some time, walk over to the nearby Letna Beer Garden. It's a cool spot to relax with a local brew after your stroll in the gardens.
Bohemian Switzerland National Park

I recommend starting your hike early, like around 7 AM. The trails are way less crowded then, and you can really soak in the stunning views without feeling rushed.

Grab some snacks at a local store before hitting the trails. I ended up paying way too much at the restaurants in the park. Saving money this way really helps!

If you're into photography, try to visit the Pravčická brána around sunset. The light is just fantastic, and the colors are unreal. It was totally worth waiting a bit!
Sumava National Park

Try to visit during the weekdays instead of the weekend. I went on a Saturday and it was way too crowded, especially at the most famous spots. Weekdays are much more peaceful for exploring.

Don't skip the visitor centers! They have cool exhibits and maps that’ll help you get oriented. I spent too much time guessing the trails, and a quick stop would’ve saved me a lot of wandering.

My advice is to bring cash. Some of the smaller shops and eateries don't accept cards, and you'll miss out on delicious local snacks if you find yourself short on cash.
Havlicek Gardens

If you're looking to save some cash, I recommend checking out local transport options instead of taxis. The tram is super convenient and close by!

I suggest going to Havlicek Gardens early in the morning, around 8 AM, when it's less crowded and the air is fresh. Perfect for a peaceful stroll.
My advice is to keep an eye out for the lookout tower. It offers stunning views of the city if you don't mind climbing some stairs.
Montenegrin Peat Bog

If you're on a budget, pack a picnic! There are some great spots to sit and enjoy your food with a beautiful view of the bog. Way cheaper and way more fun than buying snacks there.

Bring a good pair of waterproof shoes. The paths can get muddy, and I learned that the hard way. I suggest checking the weather beforehand so you can dress accordingly.
