Dunns River Falls Park

Consider bringing a waterproof phone case. You’ll want to take pics while climbing, but it can get pretty wet! I nearly ruined my phone because I didn't plan ahead.

Check the weather before you go. It rained on us halfway through, and the falls got really slippery. It was fun, but definitely be careful!

If you want to save some cash, skip the snacks at the park. They’re pretty overpriced. A quick stop at a local shop outside the park works better.

Bring some water shoes! The rocks can be super slippery, and you'll want good grip to enjoy climbing the falls without worrying about slipping too much
Emancipation Park

My advice is to wear comfy shoes. The pathways are nice for strolling, but you’ll want to explore every corner. Plus, you never know when you'll want to break out in a dance at a local event!

Check out the food vendors if you can. I found some delicious local snacks without spending much. Prices are reasonable compared to restaurants around!
Appleton Estate

My advice is to bring some cash for tips or to buy souvenirs. They don’t always accept cards at every point, and you might miss out on some cool stuff if you don't have cash.
I suggest going for the early tour, like around 10 AM. It gets super hot later, and you get a more personal experience with smaller groups without the crowds.

You gotta check out the gift shop before you leave. I almost skipped it, but I found some local rums and other goodies that were way cheaper than in other touristy shops.
Delphin Cove Eye of Rios
I recommend visiting on a weekday, around 10 AM. It was way less crowded, and we got to enjoy everything without the rush.

i suggest bringing your own snacks and drinks to save some money, as prices on-site can be a bit steep. there's plenty of scenic spots to enjoy a picnic!

My advice is to wear water shoes. The natural areas can be rocky and trust me they made navigating the streams much easier and more enjoyable.
