My advice is to rent your surfboard from local vendors instead of the big shops... You'll get a better deal and might even score a chat with the locals who'll share the best spots for catching waves

I suggest bringing some snacks and water, as the local spots can be a bit pricey. I found some delicious empanadas at a small stand that were way cheaper than the beach bars.

My advice is to check the tide schedule before beach activities. I visited during high tide, and it limited my options for exploring the surrounding area. Knowing when the best times are can really enhance your experience.
