Yad Vashem

I suggest eating at the on-site café before diving into the exhibits. The food is good and it gives you a chance to gather your thoughts before seeing all that intense history.

If you can, try to get there around 9:30 AM. The crowds are way lighter then and you can really take your time exploring without feeling rushed.
I recommend downloading the Yad Vashem app before your visit – it has awesome audio guides that can really enhance your experience without the need for a physical guide, plus it's free
Israeli Museum

Check out the museum’s website for any special events or exhibitions that may be happening. I stumbled upon a cool temporary exhibit that wasn’t on my radar!

Don't miss the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibit; it’s a highlight. I thought I could skip it, but it was fascinating and really well presented.

If you're on a budget, consider packing a lunch. The museum's café is nice but pricey. There's a lovely outdoor area where you can eat your own food

I suggest getting there right when they open at 10 AM to beat the crowds. The early morning vibe is peaceful, and you’ll have more space to explore.
Tower of David

If you can, catch the sunset from the towers. The view of the Old City is stunning, especially with the lights coming up. Just don’t miss it like I did!

I suggest buying the joint ticket with the City of David. It’s a lot cheaper than buying separately plus you get to see more cool stuff. Trust me it’s worth it
Bloomfield Science Museum
My advice is to check if they have any special hands-on workshops going on during your visit. They can be super engaging and add a nice touch to your experience.

I recommend visiting on weekdays; it's way less crowded and you can explore all the exhibits without rushing. You’ll have more fun just soaking it all in.
Bible Lands Museum
The Cardo

If you're into history, I recommend downloading an audio guide beforehand. The info enhances your visit and helps connect all the pieces of the ancient city, making the experience even more enriching.

I suggest visiting The Cardo early in the day, around 9 AM, to beat the crowds and really soak in the history without rush. You’ll have more space to explore and take photos.

Don’t forget to check out the small shops nearby; they often have unique souvenirs at better prices than those in the main markets. I found some really cool stuff!
